meet our staff
Dr. Nicole Frederick
As a Saginaw native and graduate of Valley Lutheran High School, I am thrilled to be back home after 15 years. I am a mother of two girls, one a student at Bethlehem and another at Valley Lutheran High School. I feel so blessed to be back home near family and friends, and I feel even more blessed that God opened the door with this opportunity for me to lead the students of Bethlehem Lutheran School.
As for my educational and work experience, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in Elementary Education and from the University of Phoenix with my M.A.E.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. Shortly after that, I received National Board Certification in 2009. In July 2014, I graduated with my doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
I have 14 years of classroom and leadership experience in grades K-5 and 7 years of additional experience in higher education working with teacher candidates and graduate students.
I want you to know that I am dedicated to the vision and mission of Bethlehem Lutheran School. I care about each student individually and will do everything I can to ensure that our students receive the highest quality Christian education.
My door is always open, so I ask that should you have any questions, concerns, or praise, please stop in and visit!
